Royce's journey began in 2001 as a manager at a local appliance retail store. For 13 years he was tasked with managing up to 15 employees with daily duties including delivery and installation of a wide variety of appliances. Royce's journey began in 2001 as a manager at a local appliance retail store. For 13 years he was tasked with managing up to 15 employees with daily duties including delivery and installation of a wide variety of appliances. He was also in charge of the warehouse and inventory management. After 13 fantastic years in retail, Royce decided it was time for change. He left his position in retail to discover his true calling in the appliance service industry. With more than 20 years of experience in the Appliance industry, there isn't much that he hasn't learned along the way. But the most important thing is the customer. Our motto here at PAR is, "Do things right the first time and always do the right thing".
